Solaria informs that it has signed through its LandCo Generia Land, S.L. with Repsol Renovables, S.A. an agreement for the provision of services for the search of land, dialogue with the owners and subscription of the lease contract.
In cases where the landowners prefer to sell, GENERIA will acquire the land, and in parallel sign with Repsol Renovables a right of use for the land.
